Open Gym

If you’re looking to focus on your own workout, choose a CrossFit WOD to run through by yourself, put into practice a program developed by your personal trainer or spend some time on mobilisation and myofascial release, then our Open Gym is for you.

Open Gym times

Hive Active’s Open Gym is available 7 days a week (excluding Public Holidays) during group training session times and half hour on either side of them. To view these times, please see our timetable.

Member access to Open Gym

Access to Hive Active’s Open Gym is available through three membership options:

  • Unlimited – Unlimited Membership gives you access to all our group training sessions and open gym.
  • Open Gym only – Open Gym Membership is great for our Personal Training members or peeps who are keen to workout at Hive Active but not participate in our group training sessions.
  • Casual/drop in – If you can’t make it regularly or are just in the area for a short time, our casual Open Gym rate is $20 per visit. Please contact us prior to visiting.

 

What you need to bring to Open Gym

Please bring a towel and drink bottle to each session. You may also like to bring your own hand grips or weight gloves and any other training supports (strapping, weight belts etc) that you like to use.
