Kate takes a wholistic approach to training, which involves eating nourishing, real food (most of the time) and engaging in functional exercise. As a CrossFit Coach, Kate likes the unpredictability and variety of WODs, as well as sharing in the sense of community that is an integral part of Hive Active.
