PERSONAL TRAINING

FOR A TAILORED APPROACH TO REHABILITATION, STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING TRAINING

It’s YOUR time to thrive!

For personalised and effective rehabilitation, strength training, and fitness, consider our one-on-one sessions with experienced personal trainers and exercise scientists at Hive Active.

We focus on you from the start; assessing your current status, goals, and any past challenges. Our trainers will then create a tailored program to guide you towards success; providing support, motivation, and celebrating your achievements along the way.

All Introductory Personal Training sessions are 60 minutes, and subsequent sessions are either 30 or 45 minutes depending on your goals and personalised program. Sessions can be purchased as pay-as-you-go or in 6 packs.

FAQs

  • Our Personal Training initial consultations are 60 minutes and $110. Our subsequent sessions are $70 for 30 minutes or $90 for 45 minutes, but we recommend you purchase a 6 pack which allows you to commit to your training and also get a 10% discount on your sessions.

  • Sharing a PT session can be a good option providing you have the same goals and fitness levels. If you’re interested in this option, please contact us to discuss your needs.

  • Aside from wearing comfortable active wear and training shoes, it’s compulsory to bring a towel, drink bottle and a smile :) .

Depending on your training session, you may also like to bring your own yoga mat, skipping rope and grips. This can be discussed with your Trainer when you’re booking in your first session.

  • Your initial consultation is part fact finding and goal setting and part training. To get the most out of it, we encourage you to be as open and as honest as possible with your Personal Trainer. They’re your personal guide, motivator, cheer leader and support person for your fitness journey so don’t be shy about sharing your ambitions, hesitations or fears as they will help you overcome the obstacles.

  • You can choose to warm-up prior to your session by yourself or as part of your session with your trainer. If you prefer to warm-up during your PT session, we recommend you book a 45 minute session. For initial consultations, your Personal Trainer will include a warm-up in the session as part of your movement assessment.
