Training
In line with CrossFit philosophy, our class programming involves constantly varied, high intensity functional movement to ensure you get a great sweat on and never get bored.
We keep our class sizes small, allowing you quality time with our coaches.
For our adult members, we offer a 7 day schedule providing a variety of strength and conditioning, metcon, skills and stretch + mobility sessions to give you a balanced and healthy approach to fitness.
For our junior members aged 13-17 years, our CrossFit Teens program is designed to empower teens with healthy fitness habits whilst having fun, burning energy, and learning physical skills and functional movements.
We have no contracts and no joining fees and invite new members to get started with a free trial class.
If you’re looking for a truly targeted approach to rehabilitation, strength conditioning and good fitness principles, we also offer personal training sessions with one of our highly skilled personal trainers and exercise scientists.
Recovery
Healthy fitness habits reign supreme at Hive Active, which is why recovery is an integral part of our approach.
We offer a premium range of recovery modalities for those looking to maximise recovery with minimum input from you.
We also have our Recovery Hive; a dedicated area where you can stretch, mobilise and recuperate. It’s chock full of yoga mats and blocks, myofascial release balls and rollers, mobility sticks, and massage percussion guns.
Massage
Hive Active offers a range of massage therapy options, with all treatments tailored to your individual needs. To get the most out of your treatment, please let us know the massage style/goals you wish to achieve from the treatment as this can determine the ideal time frame for the massage.

If you’re looking to join our training program, we offer a Free 30-minute No Sweat Intro session and class that includes a tour of our training and recovery facilities, a Functional Movement Screening that establishes a baseline of your fitness and the ability to trial our group training sessions. It’s a great way to get chat to our Coaching team as well as the community you’ll be training with.
