Hive Active offers a range of group training classes to entice and challenge you. We’re open Monday to Sunday as per our class / training schedule, but are closed on Public Holidays.
Our CrossFit Teens Term program for 2025 returns Monday 3rd February.
MONDAY
Strength + Conditioning
Strength and conditioning is at the core of our group training programming. These sessions combine weight lifting and high intensity cardiovascular movements, and are designed to improve your form, increase your strength and boost your power and fitness. If you’re looking to achieve ongoing metabolic results throughout the day, these sessions are for you. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you go from ‘so-so’ to ‘super strong’ when you stick with these sessions.
CrossFit Teens
Our CrossFit Teens classes incorporate gymnastics, strength work (scaled accordingly) and metabolic conditioning, and focus on 3 fundamental aspects of functional movement; bio-mechanics, consistency in execution, and intensity.

Skills
Our dedicated skills sessions allow you to focus on improving and honing your gymnastics or weightlifting skills. With small class sizes and specialised coaching, you’ll be surprised how quickly you can improve.
Stretch + mobility
Improving your fitness, and reaching goals requires equal amounts of fitness and range of movement training. Our stretch and mobility sessions aim to improve mobility and aid in recovery; thereby reducing likelihood of injury as well improving performance.

CLASS DESCRIPTION: Get ready to put your fitness to the test! Our Saturday Smash workouts combine everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and Olympic lifting. Every Saturday brings something new, so get ready to get after it! Please note this is NOT a beginners class.

SUNDAY THRIVE
CROSSFIT 8-9AM
CLASS DESCRIPTION: Sunday thrive is all about coming in, getting a sweat and feeling better than when you walked in! Move for quality and stay at a conversational pace (70-80% RPE). During our Sunday sessions, we like to pay particular attention to our core, both intrinsic and extrinsic muscles.. After all, we’re only as strong as our core. Be prepared for a mental and physical workout!
